I remembered these times, some years ago I was playing this game, and lots of people was playing too. And now, there's only me... why? Is this game bad for some people?

The game is simply old, and offers nothing really special for the players. There is no xp, no level system, nothing like people used to in modern FPS games (CoD,BF,ect.), a lot of the old players would rather play something else. And there are very few new player, since kids these days would rather pick up CS:GO or some other modern shooter.

Oh yeah you're right. But actually I still like this game. Probably because when I was younger I was playing this game daily, haha. Ahh, these old days... years...

The graphical updates and some sverver issues made lots of the former players to be unable to play. That is why, even though some problems were resolved since, there isn't many left who would play. The site is somewhat more "popular" because the few left has always been there, has friends left here, or just has nothing better to do.
